At OTD we pride ourselves in providing the best possible service at all times. From the moment you arrive you will have the peace of mind in knowing that in your resort area representatives are available, free of charge, should you require any help or assistance during your stay.

In July 2001 we opened our resort office to enable us to improve our customer care policy. We offer an comprehensive list of excursions ranging from a hilarious Camel ride on the Sandunes of Maspalomas to a guided Island Tour including a 3 course meal with breathtaking views of the mountains. We also offer highly competitive taxi and minibus airport transfers together with Car Hire and the facility to book 1 way flights back to the UK. Our office is open 7 days a week offering free advice and a friendly face for all our clients.

In 2003 we re-launched our website to provide our clients with a more accessible and informative online booking system.
